A single storey detached cottage with an open plan sitting/dining room and fully fitted kitchen area. The bedroom has an ensuite shower room. There is a private patio to the side and wonderful views over the Devon countryside.

TV / DVD. Fridge – Freezer. Microwave. Dishwasher. Use of Washing Machine / Tumble dryer.

All energy costs including oil-fired central heating and hot water included in price. Changeover nominally Friday (other days by prior arrangement).

The Boxkite was the first ‘Bristol’ Aircraft to fly successfully and go into production at Filton. Two replicas were built for the film “Those Magnificent Men in Their Flying Machines.”
